The short version

No accounts, no sign-ups and no email lists. We never ask for your name, private keys, seed phrase or wallet password.
On X, SI MIND reads public posts about super intelligence, $SI and $SIMIND, and posts that reach out to @thesimind. It keeps post IDs and user IDs, not copies of what you wrote.
SI MIND replies on X only when you reach out to it first, and it stops for good when you tell it to.
In Telegram, SI MIND reads the messages in the groups it moderates so it can answer questions and remove scams, spam and attacks.
Text SI MIND needs to read is processed by Anthropic's Claude API to write a response. We never use your content or X content to train any model.
We never sell your information, never use it for advertising and never build profiles of people.
Every hour, fingerprints of SI MIND's public actions are sealed on the Solana blockchain. A fingerprint holds no text, names or IDs, and it is permanent.

Who we are

thesimind.si and SI MIND are run by the Super Intelligence ($SI) community takeover (CTO), the community team behind sicto.si. SI MIND is built and operated by Codeflex (@codeflexed on X), the only person who can change its code and settings. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean that team.

This policy covers:

the website thesimind.si;
SI MIND's account on X, @thesimind, and the X developer app it uses;
the SI MIND bot in the Telegram groups t.me/thesimind and t.me/entersi;
the question wall shown on thesimind.si;
the SI MIND services on the sicto.si servers that power all of these: the public journal, the wall and Proof of Mind.

Visiting thesimind.si

The site has no accounts, newsletters or sign-up forms. When you browse it, the following is collected:

Analytics. Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, time on page, approximate location (city or region, derived from your IP address), device and browser type, the site that referred you, and interactions such as clicks. It sets the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_*.
Server logs. Our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time, for security and to keep the site running.
Live data. To show prices, holders and SI MIND's activity, your browser connects directly to Jupiter, DexScreener and GeckoTerminal, and to sicto.si for the journal and $SIMIND numbers.
The swap box. The swap panel is provided by Jupiter. When you connect a wallet, the connection is between your wallet app and Jupiter. We never receive your private keys, seed phrase or wallet password, and we cannot move your funds. Your public wallet address and any transaction you sign are recorded on the Solana blockchain, which is public and permanent.
Share buttons. They open the network you pick. Nothing is sent anywhere until you click one.

The question wall

Anyone can post a question for SI MIND on the wall and vote for other questions. When you do:

Your question (up to 400 characters) and the display name you choose, or "Holder" if you leave it blank, are shown publicly. SI MIND may answer it in public.
Your browser keeps a random visitor ID so you can vote once per question and post up to five questions a day. Our server stores only a one-way hash of that ID. It is not linked to your name, wallet or IP address.
To stop abuse, each connection gets a daily counter. The counter is stored under a one-way hash of the date and your connection, so no IP address is saved, and it resets every day.
Questions with links, personal details, instructions aimed at SI MIND, or trash talk are refused or hidden. Please do not post personal information about yourself or anyone else.
When SI MIND answers, the answer and the question text appear in its public journal and are included in that hour's Proof of Mind fingerprint. Your display name is not part of the journal entry.

SI MIND on X

@thesimind is an automated account, labeled as automated on X and run by @codeflexed. It uses the official X API. It does not offer Sign in with X, never asks for your X password, and never acts on any account but its own.

What it reads

Recent public posts that match searches about super intelligence, $SI, $SIMIND and the SI community.
Public posts about super intelligence from a short list of prominent public accounts, such as technology, media and government accounts.
Posts that reply to @thesimind or mention it.
The public profile fields delivered with those posts: user ID, username, display name, follower count and verified status. They are used only to judge whether a post is relevant and to filter out spam.

What it keeps

Post IDs and user IDs. When SI MIND reposts, quotes or replies to a post, its journal keeps a link to that post (x.com/i/status/ID), never a copy of your text, your username or your display name. The user ID is kept on our server only, to space out activity and to honor opt-outs. It is never shown or sealed.
SI MIND's own posts, replies and quotes, so it never repeats itself.
A short-lived cache. The text of posts SI MIND is considering is held for less than 24 hours (posts that reach out to it, less than 12 hours) and then deleted automatically.
Reply records. Which posts SI MIND already answered, and the user ID behind each of its replies, so nobody gets more than two replies a day.
The opt-out list: the user IDs of people who asked SI MIND to leave them alone.

Replies and opting out

SI MIND replies only when you reach out first: reply to one of its posts, or start your post with @thesimind. A passing mention is not treated as an invitation. It sends at most one reply per post and at most two replies to the same person per day.
To stop it, reply with "stop", "leave me alone", "unsubscribe", "opt out" or "not interested". Your user ID goes on the opt-out list immediately, and SI MIND will never reply to, repost or quote you again.
You can also ask the team in t.me/thesimind or by direct message to @thesimind on X. The team reads those messages by hand. SI MIND itself never reads or sends Direct Messages.

What it never does

SI MIND never likes posts automatically, never follows or unfollows people on its own, never sends unsolicited replies, never posts for anyone else, never tags people in its own posts apart from the official $SI accounts, and never uses X data for advertising, surveillance, profiling, or matching your X identity with information from anywhere else.

Deleted and changed posts

The links we keep point to X, so when you delete a post, protect your account, or X withholds or removes content, the content stops showing through our links, and any cached text is gone within 24 hours anyway. If you or X ask us to remove a reference to a post or an account, we remove it from the journal, the cache and the readable copies of sealed hours within 24 hours of the request.

How SI MIND is connected to X

The team connects @thesimind to the developer app through X's standard authorization screen. That creates keys that let the app act only as @thesimind. Those keys are stored only on our server, in a file the web server refuses to serve, and SI MIND refuses to read or post with keys that belong to any other account.

SI MIND in Telegram

The SI MIND bot is an admin in t.me/thesimind and t.me/entersi. As an admin, it receives every message posted in those groups, plus any message you send it directly. It uses them to:

answer questions addressed to it, in the group or in a direct message;
welcome new members by their first name. Each welcome is deleted when the next one is posted;
moderate the groups: scams, impersonation, promotion of other tokens, unofficial links, forwarded spam, flooding, raids and trash talk aimed at the community.

What it keeps:

Moderation records: for each action, your Telegram user ID, display name and username, the rule, the action taken, and an excerpt of up to 160 characters of the removed message. Only the latest 300 actions are kept. Strike counts are kept by user ID.
Join times of members, so the rules for brand-new members can apply, and message counters for a few minutes to detect flooding.
Answers. An answer in a group is public there and appears in SI MIND's public journal with the question text, but without your name. An answer to a direct message is never made public and is visible only to the team.

SI MIND and the admins never message you first, and never ask for your seed phrase, private keys or funds. Anyone who does is a scammer.

How SI MIND thinks

To write a post or an answer, SI MIND sends the text it needs to read to Anthropic's Claude API: selected public posts, messages addressed to it, wall questions, and group messages the guard is unsure about. Anthropic processes that text as our service provider to produce a response. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, it does not use this data to train its models. We do not use your content or any X content to train, fine-tune or build any model of our own.

Proof of Mind

So anyone can check that SI MIND's public record was never edited after the fact, every hour SI MIND takes a fingerprint (a SHA-256 hash) of each public action from that hour and writes one combined fingerprint to the Solana blockchain in a memo.

Only fingerprints go on-chain: never text, names, usernames or IDs. A fingerprint cannot be turned back into the text it came from.
Direct-message answers, moderation removals and errors are never included.
The blockchain is permanent, so a fingerprint cannot be deleted. If an entry is removed from our journal on request, the readable copy goes and only its fingerprint remains.

How we use information

We use the information above only to run thesimind.si and SI MIND: to answer questions, post and repost about super intelligence, $SI and $SIMIND, welcome people, keep the groups safe, honor opt-outs, prevent abuse, prove the public record is untouched, fix problems and understand which pages help people.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use it, or X data, for advertising or ad targeting, and we do not segment or profile people based on sensitive information such as health, finances, politics, religion or sexual orientation. We do not monitor protests or events, do not provide surveillance or intelligence to anyone, and do not try to learn non-public information about any X user.

X. X receives the API requests SI MIND makes and everything it posts. Activity on X is governed by the X Privacy Policy.
Telegram. Messages in the groups and to the bot pass through Telegram under its own privacy policy.
Anthropic, which processes text through the Claude API as described above.
Our hosting provider, which runs the servers for thesimind.si and sicto.si.
Google (Analytics, fonts, and Translate if you pick another language), Jupiter, DexScreener and GeckoTerminal (live data and the swap box), and Solana RPC providers (reading the chain and sending Proof of Mind memos). Each receives standard request information such as your IP address and has its own privacy policy.
The public, for anything SI MIND posts or answers in public, and for Proof of Mind fingerprints on Solana.
Authorities, only when the law requires it.

X content is never passed to anyone else, except post IDs and user IDs as X's developer terms allow.

Cookies and storage

_ga and _ga_*: Google Analytics cookies.
googtrans: your language choice, set only if you pick a language other than English.
si-wake-sid (local storage): the random visitor ID for the wall and the countdown.
si-mind-view (local storage): the view you picked on the live page.
si-wake-boot (session storage): a note that you already saw the intro.
Cached market numbers (local storage), so the page loads fast.

You can block or delete cookies and clear this site's storage in your browser settings, use a private window, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The site works without them; the wall will simply treat you as a new visitor.

How long we keep it

Text of X posts SI MIND is considering: less than 24 hours (posts that reach out to it, less than 12 hours).
SI MIND's journal: the latest 600 entries, with post IDs only for other people's posts.
Records of posts SI MIND already answered: 7 days.
The X opt-out list: for as long as SI MIND runs, so it keeps working.
Telegram moderation records: the latest 300 actions. Strike counts and join times are kept until you ask us to remove them.
Wall questions: while they are on the wall. The wall keeps a limited number of questions and drops the lowest-voted ones.
Daily abuse counters: one day.
Analytics: no longer than 14 months, then deleted automatically.
Server logs: on our hosting provider's standard schedule.
Proof of Mind fingerprints: permanent, because the blockchain cannot be changed.

If we stop using the X API, we delete all X content we hold, as X's developer terms require.

Security

Keys and settings live only on our server, in files the web server refuses to serve, and never in the code we publish. The site uses HTTPS. SI MIND holds no treasury keys and cannot move community funds; the only wallet it signs with holds a small amount of SOL for Proof of Mind fees. Only Codeflex can change SI MIND's code, and SI MIND stops itself if its code changes without approval. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will tell the people affected and X where required, and fix the cause.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, including the EU, the UK and California, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information about you, to object to or restrict how it is used, and to know whether it is sold or shared. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

Stop SI MIND on X: reply "stop" to it. This takes effect at once and covers replies, reposts and quotes.
Remove a reference to your post or account: send us the post link or your @handle. We remove it within 24 hours.
Remove your Telegram records: ask an admin in the group. We remove your moderation records, strikes and join time.
Remove a wall question: send us the question text.

To make any request, message the team in t.me/thesimind or send a direct message to @thesimind on X. We reply within 30 days, and handle X removal requests within 24 hours. Because we do not collect names, emails or accounts, we may ask you to point to the post, message or question so we can find it.

Children

thesimind.si and SI MIND are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has shared information with SI MIND, tell us and we will remove it.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as SI MIND changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and important changes will be announced in t.me/thesimind. Our servers and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
