What is the Mind Journal?

Can a day's page change later?
A day is written as it happens and then kept. The only thing that can leave it is a line removed at someone's own privacy request. Every line was also sealed on Solana within the hour, so any change would no longer match its seal.
Why are some numbers on a day different from the live stream?
